Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our holistic nutrition services. To ensure clarity, time appreciation, and fairness for you and myself, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy:
Refund Policy
Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your purchase within Seven (7) days from the date of purchase and only pay for the consultations received at the standard rate of $125/session. Package pricing of $100/session only applies to the full purchase of a package.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
No Refunds:
After Seven (7) days from the date of purchase, partial refunds refunds will be issued at 75% of the balance.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
With respect, to your time and my time, you will be receiving 3 email reminders and 1 text reminder before your appointment time. Please add your appointment to your calendar with alarms. Slowly begin to get ready 30 min. before your appointment: Grab your drink, wind down work, inform your meetings you have to leave on time, etc.
Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email (lucidwild.as.me)
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their appointment and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals:
Clients who show up late to their scheduled appointment will meet for the remaining time of their appointment. If there is a cancellation after their appointment, we will try our best to squeeze you in to make up for the time lost.
